  2. System Requirements: Uber Digit Limited offers a variety of Digital Services. Most of the services can be accessed with a common Web browser. We recommend Google Chrome

  4. How an agreement may be reached
    1. Customer contacts Uber Digit and the project requirement are discussed
    2. Uber Digit presents the proposal in a form of Online Estimate. If customer agrees the estimate, he confirms his/hers acceptance by clicking the “Accept Estimate” button
    3. Uber Digit sends an online invoice to the customer who should complete the payment no later than 3 days after the invoice due date. An installment plan may be agreed between both parties
    4. Customer pays invoice and receives a verification in the email address provided
  5. Available payment methods: customers may pay with any of the following methods
    1. Credit card (automatic payment and receipt)
    2. Cash
    3. Check (no post-dated checks are accepted)
    4. Bank account deposit
  6. Periodic withdrawals from a card: Recurring payments of services such as web hosting, will be automatically processed on the invoice due date. If a customer wishes to change a payment method, then he/she should contact Uber Digit at least 2 business days before invoice due date
  7. Validity of a signed agreement: Depending on the nature of each service provided, the agreement may refer to an one-time projects (eg website development) or on-going services (eg web hosting). Each signed agreement or estimate is valid until
    1. The one-time project is delivered
    2. Either party requests the termination of a recurring service, 5 business days before the expiration of the current term (eg for month, year)
  8. If a natural person (customer) can order a recurring service, an agreement is signed for an unspecified period, there is a possibility to terminate the contract by either side without giving reason, 5 business days before the expiration of the current term. Each party should communicate with an email message, requesting the termination of service.
  9. If a natural person (customer) can order service: information about the possibility to terminate an agreement by the client (customer), without giving a reason, within an appropriate period from the day that an agreement was signed. Any fees paid to date will not be refunded.
  10. Customers complaint for wrongdoing can be filed with any of the following methods:
